  • Part-time PATH, Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor​

  • ​Independent Contractors for Clinical Partnerships

  • Part-Time Property Manager (10 hours per week)​​

    • Seeking a Part-time Property Manager to conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds, and complete necessary work for upkeep and maintenance.​  Duties include but not limited to:​​

      • General lawn care (weed whacking, mowing, brush hogging, raking, landscaping)​

      • Maintain fencing and buildings/grounds (driveway, footpaths, trails, pasture fencing, and signage of common areas)

      • Basic carpentry/painting/plumbing and other various housing/building maintenance

      • Maintain all machinery and tools, including identifying and ordering materials/parts needed to maintain and repair farm equipment.

      • Perform seasonal building and facility preparations (gutters, air conditioners, screens, heated water buckets, barn fans, snow removal, etc.)​

  • Equine Caregiver (15 hours per week)

    • Seeking a Part-time Equine Caregiver to care for our herd. Duties include but not limited to:​

      • Morning chores/daily care of our herd of 10 horses and 2 goats, along with a team of volunteers.​​; including feeding, mucking, and turnout.

      • Administer medication as needed.

      • Attention to detail and prior equine experience required.

      • Minimum 15 hours per week, potential for additional hours depending on skills.  Could include hands-on equine or property management.
