Mounted horseback riding for the purpose of contributing positively to the cognitive, physical, emotional and social well-being of people with special needs through the teaching of horsemanship skills.
Equine Assisted Psychotherapy
The combined collaboration with horses, a licensed therapist, and an equine specialist working with individuals to address various individual psychotherapy goals.
We provide both mounted and unmounted horsemanship programs physical, emotional, social, recreational and educational gains for veterans and their families.
A growing body of research demonstrates that teaching horsemanship skills can promote emotional and social well-being in participants, serve as character education, and promote the social skills and leadership of youth and children in particular.
We offer (retirement) boarding for horses on a limited basis. Board includes paddock, shed, hay, feed and water. Owners permitted to visit and/or ride outside of program times either on the trail or in the rings.
